Challenge

The class of problem: for an education product the most expensive step in the funnel is installing an app. A minority reach the first lesson, and holding them then depends on emails nobody reads.
Solution
The whole learning loop lives in a Telegram Mini App: the user opens the course from a link and starts the first lesson in seconds, with no app store and no email registration.
Progress, tests and practice are stored server-side; user data arrives in signed initData and is verified on the backend — the client is trusted with nothing that affects progress or payment.
Reminders and motivation run through the bot: lesson streaks, module deadlines, win-back for lapsed learners. Payment and access delivery are automatic, and every operation is idempotent.
