This is an informational translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.
1. What cookies are and why this matters
Cookies are small files a site stores in the browser. An identifier in a cookie, combined with other information, can single out a specific visitor, so such files count as personal data and fall under Russian Federal Law 152-FZ.
Data operator: Rinat F. Gizatullin, TIN 561014582169, self-employed, Orenburg. Requests: rene.dekart.gold@gmail.com.
2. Which cookies this site uses
| Category | Purpose | Set | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| Technical | Running the site itself: language choice, framework internals | Always; the site does not work without them | Session or up to 12 months |
| Cookie choice | Stores your answer to the banner so you are not asked again | When you press Accept or Decline | 12 months |
| Analytics — Yandex Metrica | Anonymised visit statistics, traffic sources, click maps, session replay | Only after consent | Up to 12 months |
| Analytics — Google Analytics | Anonymised visit and traffic-source statistics | Only after consent | Up to 12 months |
The site sets no advertising or targeting cookies, and no ad-network pixels are installed.
3. How consent works
On the first visit a banner appears with two equally prominent buttons — Accept and Decline. Until you choose, no analytics counter is loaded: the Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics code does not execute and no identifier is assigned to you.
Declining does not restrict access to anything: every page, form and document works identically either way.
Your answer is stored in the browser's localStorage rather than in a cookie, so refusing cookies does not itself set one.
4. Changing or withdrawing your choice
- Withdraw consent: clear site data in your browser settings ("Cookies and site data", or "Clear data for this site"). The banner reappears on your next visit.
- Block cookies entirely: through browser settings. Some site functions may then behave incorrectly.
- Disable Yandex Metrica specifically: using the service's official opt-out tool, available on the Yandex website.
When the text of this policy changes, consent is requested again — a previous answer does not carry over to a new revision.
5. Data transfer
Anonymised analytics-cookie data is processed by:
- Yandex LLC — the Yandex Metrica service;
- Google LLC — the Google Analytics service.
Cookie data is not transferred or sold to anyone else.
