Consent to personal data processing

This is an informational translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.

This text is the consent a User gives by ticking the box in a form on dekart-digital.ru before submitting it. The box is ticked manually and is never pre-checked; without it the submit button stays disabled.

1. Who the consent is given to

Operator: Rinat F. Gizatullin, TIN 561014582169, status — self-employed (professional income tax regime under Federal Law 422-FZ), Orenburg, Russia. Address for requests: rene.dekart.gold@gmail.com.

2. What data is processed

Only what the User enters, plus minimal technical details of the submission:

• name, or whatever form of address the User provided;
• phone number or Telegram handle;
• email address, if the User provided one;
• the project message and the selected service, if provided;
• IP address, User-Agent, the page the form was sent from, date and time.

Special categories and biometric personal data are neither requested nor processed.

3. For what purpose

• responding to the enquiry and clarifying the task;
• preparing and sending a commercial proposal;
• concluding and performing a contract, should the parties reach one;
• confirming that an enquiry was made and protecting against automated submissions.

This consent does not extend to marketing messages: advertising is sent only with the separate consent required by Article 18 of the Federal Law "On Advertising".

4. What is done with the data

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, correction (updating, alteration), retrieval, use, transfer (granting access to the parties named in section 5 of the Personal Data Processing Policy), blocking, deletion and destruction — both with and without the use of automation.

5. Duration

The consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no longer than 3 years from the last interaction, or until it is withdrawn if that happens sooner.

The obligation to retain income records for 4 years under Article 6 of Federal Law 422-FZ survives withdrawal; only the amount, the date of the transaction and information required for tax accounting are kept for that purpose.

6. How to withdraw it

Send a free-form withdrawal to rene.dekart.gold@gmail.com, quoting the contact details used in the original enquiry. The Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 calendar days of receipt, except for information it is required by law to retain.

7. Confirmation

By ticking the box and submitting the form, the User confirms that:

• they are 18 or older, or act with the consent of a legal representative;
• the data provided is theirs, or they are authorised to provide it;
• they have read the Personal Data Processing Policy;
• the consent is given freely, by their own will and in their own interest.

The revision of this consent is recorded together with the submission, so the Operator can demonstrate exactly which text the User agreed to.
