01We grew out of our own product work, not out of an agency production line. First we built services for ourselves: a private VPN network with nodes in five countries, Telegram bots with payments, analytics pipelines, a corporate site.
02Every one of those had to reach production and then be operated: certificates renewed, an SLA held, metrics read, and failed hypotheses admitted. That experience is what became the service.
03So we do not promise 'it will look great'. We promise it will work and it will be measurable. The difference shows up in week two.
